These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and mh77 ("mh77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://mh77.cam ("Platform").

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mh77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever applies;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a registered problem gambler or subject to a self-exclusion agreement with any licensed gambling operator;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by mh77 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of any employee of mh77 or its affiliated entities;
• You are registering only one Account under your own legal identity. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

mh77 reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant without providing a reason, in accordance with its internal risk policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

5.1 Registration. To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.

5.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. mh77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, mh77 requires identity verification. Standard documentation accepted for Pakistani users includes:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement), where required;
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the Account holder's identity, where requested.

5.4 Document Integrity. You must not submit altered, falsified, obscured or otherwise manipulated identity documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation is a material breach of these Terms, will result in immediate Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.5 Secure Submission. Documents must only be submitted through the official mh77 secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not transmit sensitive identity documents via unsecured chat, email or any third-party channel.

6.1 Deposits. Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods available and supported on the Platform at the time of deposit. Available methods may include bank transfers via Pakistani financial institutions (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet services (referenced for context as Easypaisa and JazzCash), Raast transfers and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits below the published minimum will not be credited to the Account.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) no active fraud or AML investigation is ongoing; (c) all wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds have been fully met; (d) the withdrawal amount meets the published minimum.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Where a User's winnings derived from bonus play exceed the published maximum bonus cash-out cap, the excess amount will not be paid out.

6.5 Currency. Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in the Platform settings. Currency conversion charges may apply where deposits are received or withdrawals processed in a different currency.

6.6 Source of Funds. mh77 reserves the right to request proof that deposited funds originate from a legitimate personal source consistent with the User's stated profile. Deposits suspected to originate from illegal sources will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

7.1 General Rules. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game, as published on the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account balance.

7.3 Odds and Market Changes. Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live/in-play odds may fluctuate rapidly. mh77 is not responsible for changes in odds between a User's selection and the confirmation of a bet due to latency or connectivity issues.

7.4 Voided Bets. mh77 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an erroneously priced market; (b) an event is cancelled or significantly altered; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the event; or (d) the bet violates any provision of these Terms.

7.5 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, mh77 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct price or to void the bet entirely, at its reasonable discretion.

7.6 Maximum Win Limits. Single-event and aggregate win limits apply per account per day. Details are published in the Platform's sports and casino rules. Winnings exceeding these limits will not be paid out beyond the stated cap.

8.1 General. mh77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is enabled.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, a maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games or certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are published with each offer.

8.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have a specified validity period. If the applicable wagering requirement is not satisfied within this period, the bonus and any undistributed bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.

8.6 Maximum Bonus Cash-out. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus may be capped (e.g., at PKR 25,000). This cap applies regardless of the gross amount won during bonus play.

8.7 Bonus Abuse. mh77 reserves the right to withhold, void or recover bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in fraudulent or abusive bonus activity, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, use of hedged bets to guarantee cashout regardless of outcome, or syndicated bonus exploitation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mh77 Platform. Breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: registering more than one Account per individual;
• Fraudulent registration: providing false, incomplete or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Money laundering: depositing or withdrawing funds for the purposes of concealing their origin or nature;
• Collusion: coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Use of automated tools: employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets or circumvent security measures;
• Exploitation of technical errors: deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system malfunctions to gain an advantage;
• Chargebacks: initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits while retaining winnings or bonus funds;
• Unauthorised access: attempting to access another User's Account or the Platform's back-end systems;
• Underage gambling: accessing or using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age.

10.1 All content on the mh77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of mh77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written permission from mh77, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

10.4 The mh77 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to mh77. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without express written authorisation.

11.1 Platform Availability. mh77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Access may be suspended for maintenance, technical upgrades or for reasons outside mh77's control without notice.

11.2 Gambling Losses. mh77 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. All gambling activity involves financial risk. Users wager at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their gambling activity responsibly.

11.3 Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mh77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11.4 Third-Party Services. mh77 is not responsible for the conduct, availability or content of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or other external services integrated into or accessible through the Platform.

11.5 Force Majeure. mh77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government actions, power failures or internet outages.

12.1 The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by mh77 is governed by the mh77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to mh77 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

12.3 mh77 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities where legally required.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mh77 holds its operating license, as published in the operator's licensing disclosures.

15.2 Disputes. 15.3 Escalation. Where a User is not satisfied with mh77's response and the matter relates to a licensed activity, the User may have the right to escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority under the operator's license. 15.4 No Waiver. mh77's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
